After buying tickets for an event and having your payment approved at Hotmart, you must check in at the event in order to generate your event ticket (voucher).
This voucher is important so you can enter the event venue.
There are three ways you can check in:
Through the email you receive after the purchase
When you purchase a ticket, the payment confirmation and link for the check-in form will be sent to your email address.
Make sure you check your spam or junk email folders, since your email security setting may direct them to these folders.
- In this email, you should click on Confirm ticket to open the page and fill out the information
- On the new page, enter the information of the person who will attend the event and click on the Check-in button
A PDF voucher will be generated.
- Save and print your voucher
Through the Hotmart platform
- Go to your Hotmart account at: https://www.hotmart.com/login
- If you still haven’t filled out your registration, fill out your information:
- At Hotmart Hub, locate the event and click on it. The check-in option will be available
- Fill out the requested information and click on the Check-in button
A PDF voucher will be generated.
- Save and print your voucher
At the checkout itself
In order to make it easier, you can check in automatically at the checkout. Take a look at an example screen:
Just fill out the information the event requests. Keep in mind that each event may request different information.
