How do I access my certificate?

When registering a product at Hotmart, creators have the option of offering or not a certificate to buyers who complete the course. This certificate represents the completion of the course and can be authenticated via QR Code, also depending on the settings established by the creator.

If you have any questions about the availability of a certificate for the product you have purchased, we suggest that you contact the creator directly to check whether the option to issue a certificate upon conclusion of the course is available.

If the product you've purchased offers a certificate, it will be available when your progress in the course reaches 100%. For this to happen, all required lessons must be marked as completed. Lessons from additional or free modules, advertisements, and livestreams are considered non-required content and will not affect your ability to earn a certificate. 

When accessing from the desktop, there are two modes for viewing a course that vary depending on the creator's choices. View the screen modes in the images below and follow the steps according to how your content is displayed.

❯ If your product is displayed like the image below, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your Hotmart account https://consumer.hotmart.com and find your product.
2. On the product's home screen, below its description, you'll see the total number of lessons and a bar indicating your progress. Once the progress bar reaches 100%, to access your certificate, click on Issue certificate.
3. A text box will appear, and you must enter the full name you want to appear on the certificate. Once you save, you will not be able to change it to issue new certificates.
4. After filling in your name, click on Save and issue certificate. You will be redirected to your certificate and can save it, print it, share it on your social networks or copy a sharing link. 

❯ However, if your product is displayed like the image below, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your Hotmart account https://consumer.hotmart.com and find your product.
2. Once you're on the product page, click on your name in the top right-hand corner. Then click on View certificate.
3. A text box will appear, and you must enter the full name you want to appear on the certificate. Once you save, you will not be able to change it to issue new certificates.
4. After filling in your name, click on Save and issue certificate. You will be redirected to your certificate and can save it, print it, share it on your social networks or copy a sharing link. 

❯ To access the certificate Hotmart app, please follow the instructions below:

1. Access the Hotmart app on your device and select your course in My purchases.
2. On the product's screen, select Certificate, then Issue certificate.
3. Fill in the name you want to use on your certificate.
4. Finally, click on Save and issue certificate.
