How to fill out or change my ticket information?

Purchasing your ticket for a live event through Hotmart is a simple process involving just two steps: completing the check-in and generating your entry voucher.

Once you finalize your purchase, we'll send a link directly to the email you used during the purchase so you can perform the check-in. On this link, you will fill in the details of the person who will be attending the event.

After confirming your attendance, you'll receive a voucher, which can be presented either printed or directly on your mobile phone, ensuring quick and easy access on the day of the event.

 

I can’t find the email to do my check-in. What now?

If you can't find the email with the check-in link, you can also perform the check-in following the steps below:

  1. Log in by clicking on consumer.hotmart.com/
  2. Locate your purchase and click on Product details.
  3. To do the check-in, click on the blue button Generate ticket.
  4. On the new screen, enter all the details of the attendee who will be at the event.
  5. Finalize the check-in by clicking on Generate ticket again.
  6. Done! Everything is set for the event.

 

Can I change or transfer the ownership of a ticket after checking in under my name?

Yes. If you've already completed the check-in but need to transfer the ticket to someone else, the process is simple. First, click the blue Contact us button at the end of this article. Then select I’m a Buyer, followed by Help with ticket or event, and choose Change ownership. Fill in the required information and submit your request.

Our customer support team will respond soon via email, providing a new link for check-in. When you receive this email, click on Check-in now. You will be directed to a page to fill out the new ticket holder's details. After entering the information, confirm the check-in so the voucher is updated to the correct name.

 

Attention: For tickets obtained through an invitation rather than a purchase, once the first check-in is completed, transferring to another person is not possible.
