I want to update the email registered to my Hotmart account

This scenario is intended for buyers who wish to change the email used to access the Hotmart account.

The email linked to your Hotmart account is key to accessing all the products you have purchased and interacting within the platform. Whether because the current email is no longer used or is outdated, changing this information is essential to maintain your uninterrupted access. By updating this email address, access to all products purchased will be made using the new e-mail address provided.

I want to update the email for one of my purchases

Unlike the email change that gives access to the account and all purchased products, this scenario is for cases where buyers want to change the email associated with one of the purchased products.

When you make a purchase at Hotmart, the email address you provided on the payment page is used as the means of accessing the product you purchased. If you have used a different email than usual or decided to organize your purchases using different email accounts, you can update the email linked to that specific purchase without complications.

Note: If there is any problem that prevents changing the email for a purchase, it likely occurred because access to the product was a direct invitation from the creator. In this specific case, it is necessary to directly contact the creator to request the email change.

 

I entered my email incorrectly at the time of purchase or no longer have access to it

If you entered your email address with a typo when you made your purchase, or if you no longer have access to your registered email address, don't worry!

To make the email change, you will need to send us a request. For this, click on the blue Contact us button located at the end of this article and fill in all the fields according to the instructions below:

  1. Choose I'm a Buyer on the type of service you need and click Next. 
  2. In the Request details section, you must fill in the field Select the reason for your contact with the option Update registration data. 
  3. In the next field, select the Change purchase email option. Then, click Next. 
  4. Complete all the fields in the Support information section:
    a. In the Email address field, you must inform an email to receive a response;
    b. In the Your message field, you must provide the following information:
    - Email currently registered in your purchase or Hotmart account (which was registered with a typo):
    - New email you want to use;
    - Last four digits of your card, if the purchase was made through this payment method;
    c. In the Attachments field, add the proof of payment of the purchase registered in the email with a typo;
    d. Please indicate your country and the language you would like to receive the answer. Then, click Next.
  5. In the Specifications section, complete it as follows:
    a. Re-enter the new email you want to use and check the option I want to update this email in my Hotmart registration;
    b. Inform your ID number, the purchase transaction number and the product name;
    c. Finally, select the Incorrect email option in the reason for the change request.
