Just made a purchase on Hotmart and not sure how to make your first access to enjoy the content you've acquired? Don't worry! Whether it's an e-book, online course, or subscription, we'll show you a simple way to access your purchase:
❯ Accessing for the first time through the Hotmart platform
- Visit https://consumer.hotmart.com.
- In the first field, enter your email address: this is the same email address you provided when purchasing the product.
- In the password field, click on Forgot my password to register your access password.
- On the next screen, enter the email registered with your purchase.
- You will receive an email from our platform with a link to register your new password. The new password must contain at least 7 and no more than 20 characters, including at least one letter and one number (spaces will not be accepted by the system).
- Done! After registering your password, log in to the platform to access your products by clicking on My purchases on the left side menu.

When you buy a product on Hotmart, you receive a purchase confirmation email with all the transaction details, including the access information for the product.
If your product is hosted on our platform, that is, access is made within the Hotmart platform, click on the access link and register your password following the steps indicated in the section above.

Prefer using your phone? You can also make your first access using our app! Just follow the steps below:
- Access the Hotmart app on your device.
- Enter your email and register a new password for your account.
- After accessing your account, click on My purchases, located in the bottom menu.

- The email used in the purchase is your main login to Hotmart. Keep it safe, as it is the key to accessing your products and receiving important updates. If you have entered it incorrectly or decide to change it, please refer to the article I made a purchase and need to change my access email.
- If you purchased an e-book and were asked for a password to download or access a file, this is content protection activated by the creator, and you will need to enter your login email to view the product. Additionally, some products may require specific software to be opened, such as Adobe Reader (for .pdf files) and WinRar (for .zip files).
