Did you purchase one or more products on Hotmart but are unsure about how to log in for the first time and access your product?
To quickly access all the products you purchased on Hotmart, whether they’re ebooks, courses, or subscription products, just follow the steps below:
- Access your products through Hotmart
- Access this link http://purchase.hotmart.com.
- Enter your information in the User or Email field.

Enter your Hotmart password in the Password field.
To make things easier, just click on SHOW PASSWORD. This allows you to see if you’re entering the correct password.
Or, if you prefer, use this link: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login to access your Hotmart account and then click on “My Purchases” in the left-side menu.
- Access your products with a link
It’s important to remember that you also receive an email with the link to access your purchased product for the first time, and, in addition, some products are hosted in external areas or in Hotmart Spaces.
To access your products, check your inbox (for the email address registered at the time of purchase). Then, just click on the link that was sent and follow the steps to access your product for the first time.
- Access your products through the Hotmart app
You can also log into Hotmart for the first time through the Hotmart app and then access your products. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Download the Hotmart app from your smartphone’s app store.
- Open the app and you’ll see two options: Create an account or Log in with my Hotmart account.
- After logging in, you can access your purchased products by tapping on Products in the app’s bottom menu.

If your purchased product is an ebook and requires a password
Your password to access the file is the email address you registered at the time of purchase.
Your login is the same email address used at the time of purchase
When you make a purchase, you need to sign up. Your email address will be required to access the Hotmart platform as well as allow you to use your purchased products. In addition, this email address is where you’ll receive access links and other information.
