Hotmart Club is our platform's members area that hosts various digital products that you can access from any computer or mobile device. Courses in the Club are typically available in video format, but may also include downloadable text and audio files.
Accessing the Club is super easy! Once your purchase is approved, access details will be sent to the email you registered on the payment page (remember to check your spam and junk folders). If it's your first time on the platform, you'll need to create a password, complete your profile, and then you'll be redirected to the course creator’s showcase for the course you purchased.
If you're using our app, the product will be in the My Clubs section within the creator’s member area. Just access it and click on the course you purchased.

Hotmart Club is an incredible platform! Here, you'll find all courses sold by the same creator and navigate through interactive menus to facilitate your studies.
In the left-hand vertical menu, you'll find various useful information:
- Products: see all courses you have access to.
- Communities: view the latest posts from groups you're subscribed to.
- Access the course communities, interact with other students, and follow conversations between the creator and members.
- Check the creator’s social media.
When selecting a class, the video will appear in the center of the screen. Just hit play and enjoy the content! Above the video, there's an interactive menu allowing you to go back to the previous class or forward to the next.
If configured, right below the video, you'll find the Comments section, where you can interact with your class and the creator, sharing knowledge or asking questions, for example. You can also provide feedback to the creator and rate the class content.
In the upper-right menu, you'll find an icon with your photo or initials of your name. There, you'll see the following options:
- Theme: choose between light or dark mode to view your screen.
- My purchases: access your purchase page to see all the products you've bought.
- Help Center: get assistance from the Hotmart support team.
- Log out: when you're done studying, remember to click here to log out.
