Some creators send the invoice immediately after your purchase is confirmed, while others may wait until the end of the warranty period.
To clarify how it will work in your case, the best option is to contact the creator directly. To do this, just follow the instructions below to request your invoice:
- Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com.
- Click on My purchases.
- Choose the product you want and click Show details.
- Under the name of your product, you will find the creator's support email, as shown below:
You can also find the creator’s contact information in the purchase confirmation email, which was sent to you shortly after your payment was completed.
