The product I’ve purchased promised me access to groups and/or social media. What should I do?

To request to join groups, communities, and social media of the product you purchased, please contact the creator of the content directly, since they are responsible for adding members to such groups.

The creator’s contact information is available on the Checkout Page, in the Terms of Purchase, and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:

  • On the Checkout Page, the creator’s email address is available when you fill in your payment details, immediately above the product’s price. Just click on "Seller Contact Info" to view it:

  • Purchase/access confirmation email: You can check the transaction details and the creator’s contact email at the bottom of the email.

Hotmart is a platform that manages the sale and distribution of the digital products registered in our system. However, we do not manage the inclusion of participants in groups, communities, and social media which may be made available together with your digital product.
