Follow the step-by-step instructions below to clear the browsing data on your device:
Accessing the link on DESKTOP
For optimal platform performance, use Google Chrome.
- Press CTRL + Shift + Del;
- Then click Clear Data.
Accessing the link on MOBILE
If your device uses Android:
- Go to Settings;
- Then select Apps (or Manage Apps);
- Filter by all apps (if this option is not already selected);
- Select your browser app;
- Select Storage;
- Then click Clear Cache;
- Go back to the product link and try to access it again.
If your device uses iOS:
- Go to Settings;
- Select your browser;
- Click “Clear History and Website Data”;
- Select "Clear History and Data".
- Go back to the product link and try to access it again.
Access your purchase through the App.
You can access the products hosted on Hotmart on your mobile through the Hotmart app.
Follow the steps below to set it up:
- Download the app from your app store
- Log in with the same email and password used to purchase the product
- On the main screen of the app, tap Products
This tab can have the following sub-menus: Recently Viewed, Courses, Online Events, and Events. If you've purchased more than one product, go to the Courses category, and swipe the carousel to find them. To access a product, tap on its icon, and the content will be displayed on the screen.
